Agreement
By using WhichFit, you agree to these Terms of Use. WhichFit is operated by Adria Holding Ltd. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What WhichFit does
WhichFit gives AI-generated outfit suggestions to help you decide what to wear. These are opinions for guidance only, not professional styling advice, and not guaranteed. You always decide what to wear.
Using WhichFit
You must be at least 18 years old to use WhichFit.
Use WhichFit responsibly. You agree not to upload:
- Photos of other people without their permission.
- Illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
- Images of minors.
WhichFit analyzes clothing only and automatically rejects content that isn't an outfit or that appears inappropriate.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account anytime in Settings.
Friend votes
Links you share let friends give their opinion on your outfits. Votes are opinions only and don't change the AI's pick. Shared vote links expire after 7 days.
Friends can leave a short note with their vote. By voting or leaving a note, you agree to keep it about the outfit and not about the person. We do not allow objectionable content: harassment, hate, sexual remarks, comments about someone's body or attractiveness, threats, or spam. Notes are screened automatically before they appear, and anyone can report a shared photo from the vote page. Reports go to our moderation queue; after review, we may disable or remove content that breaks these rules. The person who created a vote link can also end it, which stops the public link and deletes its shared photos from server storage. You can reach us at support@whichfit.app.
WhichFit Pro subscription
WhichFit Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple Account. The exact price and billing period are always shown on the paywall and confirmed at the moment of purchase in the App Store, and they may vary by region and over time. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Settings.
Invite codes
Some results unlock when friends you invite join WhichFit, or when you enter an invite code. Invite codes are a promotional way to unlock full results. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and we may limit or void them if they're misused or obtained through fraud.
Your content
You keep all rights to your photos. You grant WhichFit a limited license to process them only to provide the service (analysis, and, if you choose, friend-vote sharing). WhichFit, its design, and its software remain our property.
Privacy
What we collect and why is covered in our Privacy Policy, including the setup answers and saved decisions that personalize your advice. By using WhichFit, you also agree to that policy.
App Store terms
You download WhichFit from the Apple App Store, so Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. WhichFit (Adria Holding Ltd), not Apple, is responsible for the app and for support, which you can reach at support@whichfit.app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
Disclaimers & liability
WhichFit is provided "as is." AI suggestions can be imperfect and we don't guarantee any outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make using the app.
Termination
You can stop using WhichFit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
About these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them as the app changes; if we make a material change, we'll note it here with a new date, and continued use means you accept the update. Questions? Email support@whichfit.app.
